Clutch / Blitz Kill Changes

I’ve optimized Clutch and Blitz Kills a bit:

In the previous version: The system only took into account the last enemy killed.  If the last enemy was killed in the first 25% of the path it caused a Blitz Kill. If the last enemy was killed in the final 10% of the path it caused a Clutch Kill.

In the new version: The system takes in account ALL enemies (The Clutch Kill range was also increased slightly).  Only if ALL enemies are killed within the first 25% of the path will it cause a Blitz Kill.  However if ANY enemies are killed within the final 12% of the path if was cause a Clutch Kill.

TL;DR: Blitz Kills will be slightly harder to earn and Clutch Kills slightly easier.

ALSO: Boss kills no longer award Blitz or Clutch Kills.  However, the end of round score screen will now reward you for killing the boss quickly.
