Undead Archer Update

The alchemist spec, Necromancer has been replaced by the Undead Archer (The “raise zombie on kill” effect will be returning as a “gear” choice).

• The Undead Archer’s main attack is entirely new, but his powerup (and !sp command) is identical to the Necromancer’s, with different art (skeletons instead of zombies)
• The Undead Archer has the same rank requirements as the old Deathdealer (Rank 5 Firemage & Rank 15 Alchemist)
• The Deathdealer now has the same rank requirements as the old Necromancer (Rank 20 Alchemist)
